Where are you Located?
We are in Twickenham, West London, TW1 4JW. We can be easily accessed via public transport (Train, Bus etc), and can easily be found on Google Maps. Alternatively, our Contact page gives further details.
How long are gift vouchers valid for?
All gift vouchers and flexible date experience vouchers have a validity of nine (9) months from the date of purchase. Once a voucher has been booked on a specific date, the terms of that specific course date take effect.
Do you provide safety equipment (PPE)?
Yes. Everyone will be given a leather apron, a set of safety glasses, and heat resistant gloves. For certain tasks/courses, dust masks will also be provided. Hearing protection is not typically required, but is available on request.
I wear glasses. Can I just wear my own to forge?
Typically no. Unless you have had these glasses specifically made for use in a workshop environment and can prove the safety aspect. We'd rather not take that risk, and have many sizes & shapes of safety glasses in-house that fit over regular glasses.
Do you allow spectators?
Sadly due to safety & space reasons we are unable to accommodate spectators & those who wish to watch.
